Press Room New bike lanes installed on College Avenue Posted: 2007-10-26 Marin County recently completed a project to reconstruct College Avenue, and incorporated new bike lanes into the final project from Magnolia Avenue in Larkspur to the Corte Madera Creek path. The bike lane provides bicycle access to Kent Middle School and the College of Marin. A recent Marin IJ poll showed that 2/3 of respondents believe that Marin County does not have enough for people biking to work or school; projects like College Avenue bike lanes are addressing this community concern.
