It's time to get ready for Bike to Work Day (Firday, May 18), and local bike shops want to make sure your bike is ready to ride.

From April 1 to May 16, all Marin County bike shops are offering a Bike Safety Checkup. For $10, your bike will receive a mini checkup: tire inflation, chain lubrication, bike safety assessment and recommendations. (This is not a full tune-up.) Call for an appointment at your local Marin bike shop.
