Mission Pass Path closed for pavement repair Friday, October 15 Posted: 2010-10-03 The Marin County Department of Parks and Open Space has issued a notice of the temporary closure of the Mission Pass multi-use path in Terra Linda for pavement repair on Friday, October 15th. Parks and Open Space has coordinated with the Department of Public Works to condense repairs into a single day in order to minimize disruption to commuters and recreational users of the path. The work will repair areas along the path that have cracked or subsided, and apply a fine asphalt overlay and centerline striping in order to give the path a uniform surface. Read the full press release here. Signage and maps about the closure will be provided at either end of the path, as well as at additional locations on streets near the path to give advance notice to users and assist them in finding alternative routes.
