Thursday, June, 23rd, the Transportation Authority of Marin (TAM) will be making the final decision to help close the final funding gap for the Sonoma Marin Area Rail Transit (SMART) which wiould allow the initial operating segment of the train and pathway project from San Rafael to Santa Rosa to move forward.

You're invited to attend the meeting, June 23rd, @ 7:00pm at the Marin County Board of Supervisor's Chambers (3rd floor, room 329). 

SMART has found ways to close $101M of the $109M funding gap.  TAM is now being asked to contribute $8M to the project, completing the closure of the funding gap.
