In this clinic you will learn the foundations of road and path cycling, plus:

• Improve your confidence and knowledge
• Learn to turn and shift
• Gain the confidence to bike around cars
• Learn to climb and descend hills

• On the Bike Clinics:  Saturday 10 AM – Noon 
  Aug  20 – Gearing & Hills

Cost: $30 ($25 for MCBC members) per session
