Biketoberfest Marin returns to Fairfax THIS SUNDAY, September 25, 2011

Biketoberfest Marin brings cyclists and West Coast brewers together in a combined bicycle expo and stellar brewfest! Held in Fairfax, the birthplace of the mountain bike, Biketoberfest is Marin County’s premier bicycle event and also the biggest annual fundraiser for the Marin County Bicycle Coalition.

This year, Biketoberfest features a celebrity road ride with "Fast" Freddie Rodriguez; a pioneer mountain bike ride with Charlie Kelly and Otis Guy; a Cargo Bike Jubilee, great food, family activities, dozens of bicycle, component, nutrition, and athletic attire vendors; and a women's skills clinic with LUNA Pro Catharine Pendrel!  There's also a handmade bike show, bicycle museum and live music all-day, featuring WTJ Squared, Miracle Mule, Beso Negro and Tom Finch Group.
