At the November 15th Marin County Board of Supervisors' weekly meeting, Marin Open Space presented an update on the Stafford Lake Bike Park project and asked the Board to approve the environmental review and allocation of $140,000 to complete the master plan and pay permit fees.

The Board then voted unanimously to approve the environmental review, and to allocate $140,000 for final design work, construction drawings and permit fees. Soon a volunteer and fundraising campaign will get underway to build the world-class bike park.
