The Earth Day Marin Festival is a fun, free event for all ages on Saturday, April 21, 2012 from 11:00am to 6:00pm at Lagoon Park in San Rafael. There will be music, speakers, workshops, a teen-led “TeenSpot” and stage, a kid zone (including some bilingual activities in English/Spanish) and leading organizations, businesses, agencies, artisans, farmers, and others working towards a healthy environment and positive future. The event celebrates the anniversaries of Marin's land management agencies—Marin County Parks, Marin Municipal Water District, Point Reyes National Seashore, California State Parks, and Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
