Friday, April 6 | 9am – 2pm Location: | San Pedro Mountain Preserve |
You may drive by this forested ridge every day, but after this walk you’ll never look at it the same way again. We’ll employ a car shuttle so we can drive to the south side and hike one-way back over the ridge. It’s only a 5 mile walk, but there are several steep climbs. This walk is for adults. We request that no animals (except service animals) attend. David Herlocker will lead. Questions: Contact David at (415) 893-9508 or dherlocker@marincounty.org. Heavy rain may cancel. Call (415) 893-9527 on the morning of the walk to hear a recorded message if cancelled. For more information, visit www.maringov.org… Directions: | Meet at the trailhead on San Pablo Ave: from Hwy 101, go east on San Pedro Rd in San Rafael, turn right on San Pablo Ave, trailhead is just past the “Meadow Oaks” sign.
