Fairfax recently began construction on Center Boulevard, and the project will include numerous features to make life easier for Marin County walkers and bicyclists. The project will create new bike lanes on Center between Pastori and Pacheco, as well as adding new pavement markings that draw attention to bicyclist use. Sidewalks will be widened and bike racks installed, and enhanced landscaping will be planted as well. The project should be complete in late Spring 2008.
