The draft Marin County Unincorporated Area Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan has been released for public comment. The draft Plan is an update to the plan adopted in 2001 and addresses cyclist and pedestrian needs in the unincorporated area.

The public comment period runs through Monday, November 5. A community meeting will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 1 at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 3501 Civic Center Drive, Room 329, San Rafael, CA 94903, to present the plan and receive comments. Please note that this meeting replaces the previously-scheduled October 16th meeting.

After the public review period, a final draft will be prepared and then heard before the Board of Supervisors in December.
